Regen was fixed. Ian said this earlier. You don't regenerate while in battle anymore. Also you don't get stuck in battle anymore.

Regen shouldn't be slow - it should take less than 5 minutes to get to full Health from nearly nothing - if it's not, then check you're not running away from anything (or in the castle dungeon which may cause issues)

The regen seems alot better since the last update. i think they mean sometimes you just wont regen(this is not from in battle as i can still loot.) A quick log out seems to fix it, of course that leads to instant death. LOL
