Sometimes they bring NPCs to graveyards to kill people in addition to PKing. PKing isn't really the issue. It's really the spawnkilling. In their case, it's spawnkilling and conduct. Quite a few of people have taken screenshots of their wrongdoings. But they're probably not necessary. I'm pretty sure Ian already knows of their shenanigans by now. Now, instead of complaining, allow me to drop some suggestions here.

Suggestions:

* Giving speed an effect. (To allow players to escape their pursuers faster.)

* Adding invincibility time. (When a player respawns, he cannot attack or be attacked for "x" seconds.)

* More graveyard exits.

Whatever changes are made, be sure to take the pros and cons into account please.

I myself made a thread about this months ago..but it seems its of no use, war also wouldnt settle this ,we have been onto that for months as well so the only way to stop this constant spawnkilling is by regulating the pk system.
maybe Ian should cancel ability to pk in towns and specific places, like several piles from graveyards.

For pk there are a few options...

1)pvp only allowed between certain level brackets ie +/- 5 or 10 of your own levels unless attacked by a lower level player first.

2) hard bracket the pvp groups 1-10, 11-20, etc.

3) specific free for all zones. Ie the 3 level 40-60 cities and under the druids keep. Main world map applies the 2 choices above.

4) no Pvp in start areas or on graveyards

Kill stealing is easier. First to hit first for reward no matter who else beats on it. (Shared among group when that's implemented) and put in auto loot. (Option toggle for that)

I don't mind personally if I'm pkd. It happens. What gets me is if the person sits there on the graveyard or follows me around keeping me killed. Pop me once or twice and leave. Constant pk/ksing just drives new players away, especially with the game having little to do aside from grind

While the bracket thing sounds like a good idea, it doesn't really make sense to not be able to kill an enemy of the opposing faction just because they're weaker and to not be able to be killed by a stronger enemy of the opposing faction just because you're weaker. I think the open-world PvP is what really makes WinterSun unique. With this, people can be creative and wage wars wherever or have showdowns wherever. (Except for the newbie areas, of course.) It's a shame that people are spawnkilling but I don't think limiting areas you can PvP in will solve the spawnkilling problem. The real problem is people getting killed immediately after leaving the spawn, rendering them unable to leave. There must be some way that particular problem can be fixed.

30 second immunity after pk. Allows for run.
Instant respawn after pk. (Graveyard hop with the 30 sec immunity to get away from a griefer if they chase you.)

No Pvp below level 15. (Removed while in major cities/druids keep)

Reason for level 15 is it allows new players coming out of the start area to be able to get their bearings.

Last thing they need is leaving the start area getting insta-killed and quitting. Gives them a few levels to poke around.

After 15 game on.

I really like that idea. Just like I said before, we need some sort of immunity (other than the graveyard) after we respawn. (Also gotta make sure that players can't attack others while invincible.) I like where you're going with the level 15 thing. I think it could be lowered down to 10, though. Maybe even 5. 5-15 seems good. And if they enter enemy territory, they should be able to be killed.

Reason for lvl 15 is simply my experience starting, I emerged from the druid cave around level 12 so it would give a new player a couple levels to get a feel for the main map before they're tossed into pvp....
