I doubt he is... If he was a hacker I'm pretty sure that Ian would have caught him by now...

well Ian cant possibly check everything
and we do have proof that he respawned several times instantly with full health...

He actually is indeed hacking, I know this because I myself am a hacker. This can be fixed by minimizing the servers refresh time. He is using a proxy to send spoofed IP addresses to avoid the server from tracing data back to him, changing/correcting the request.
