Is it possible to enhance the amount of exp the higher level monsters drop? I am currently lvl 85 and when I kill lvl 93s and up, I get about 2-5%. Not only that but it does take a long while to kill them, about 5 minutes with my pet equipped.

As Apex stated above, it takes longer than it should to kill an NPC. And thanks to our low HP, we get destroyed pretty easily. (Even at its max.) I definitely agree that there should be an increase in the amount of experience gained per NPC and player HP and a decrease in enemy HP. Even with a pet, the only reason we are able to kill them is because of a bug. Otherwise, we'd be reduced to mere mincemeat.

pet spirit does nothing than dying, and I didn't consume almost 70 MP to watch my ghost getting rekt.
and the xp.. it's a mess mate. I really hate killing a foe stronger than (yes I do in like quarter an hour) and get like... 5% points..
I do not like this..I don't man, please work on these basic problems before trying to add anything new to the game.

A raid quest. With three or more players, you must collectively kill a number (35, 50, etc.) of NPCs in an opposing city. For example, if you are a Monster, you must join up with two other players (of the same faction, of course) and raid either Negezor or Arutoll with them. Also, you must be in the same map for kills to count. There should be a counter somewhere on the screen for convenience's sake.

I believe that if we had NPCs like this, it would make WinterSun much more memorable and give the game a more positive aura or spirit. I'm definitely not talking about just some guy who wants to tell you about how it's dangerous to venture off unequipped just to leave you with nothing more than a passing thought. Of course, I'm talking about building NPCs as characters. Now, of course this doesn't have to be done for ALL NPCs. That would probably prove too tedious and might drain the uniqueness out of many other characters. I understand that creating characters can be quite big. That's why I want you to remember that you are not alone in your efforts. WinterSun is a community-driven game after all. So if you think you need help with things like character scripts and informational texts and whatnot, you shouldn't hesitate to ask. While I'm still on this subject and have your attention, I'd like to discuss adding minute (And why not large as well?) details to the world of WinterSun. I'm talking things like history books, monster encyclopedias, Druid ritual guides, etc. (Some of which could be found in factional libraries and/or a grand, public library if one is ever made. Heck, they could even be found in loot!) There are many people like me who absolutely LOVE to invest themselves in different worlds. This in conjunction with unique characters would EASILY allow players to become GREATLY immersed in this world and make them want to keep coming back for seconds. You may be thinking, "This may be possible, but it's difficult." But I'm thinking, "This may be difficult, but it's possible." If we all come together as a community and do our parts in helping make this happen, it will become simply achievable. Let's make WinterSun itself a unique character among its mobile RPG peers. Without fear of deviation. Ian, everyone, let's quit scratching the surface and put our heads together to bring out WinterSun's potential!

Postscript: Me and a few other old-time WinterSun players have taken notice to the recent work you've been doing toward improving WinterSun. We truly do appreciate it. :)
