Excellent! Maybe the snow trees can have ornaments. And how about a giant Christmas tree in the middle of the snow map? Just for the holidays though. A Santa easter egg quest wouldn't hurt. Perhaps a green and bipedal NPC. Oh and as for how to get to the snow map... Well, a certain snow or ice golem might be willing to let you pass over the ice bridge which leads to the snow map after you complete a certain quest. (Wink.) And on another note, what things do you plan to include in this update? (Can you give a list please?) I'm really excited for it!

* Power saving stuff (less CPU intensive) so should run faster on things like bluestacks (though I dont test on bluestacks)

* Quest system stuff (beta, may be bugged), only grinding style quests at the moment, but no longer difficult to add new types now

* Easier map design (for me to add new maps)

* A few fixups to crappy code that broke quests, or caused other weirdness in-game

* Graveyard 'safe zones' are a little more fairer if you're attacked by wildlife

* Because of the quest system, all the starting maps have new quests (and more NPCs)

* Fix rain sometimes starting in one 'block' when you sometimes change maps

* Snowflakes

* Snow map (obviously)

* Access to more items (because the quests automatically pick ones that are relevant to your level)

* Fix a framerate(speed) issue when people did a *lot* of killing. Conversely, fix decals not displaying when you re-login or change maps.

Missing:

* Quest journal so you know where on earth your quest is and what to do once you've accepted it

Todo:

* Work out how to deploy (blackberry and google play both 'approve' the client update at different times, so I have to plan this correctly to minimise downtime for people)

* Instructions on how to use the 'equip' screen

* Option to turn auto-translate off/on

* lots of other little bits

* Cake.

Hiscores are *very* simple at the minute, based of kills/deaths/level/etc,etc/etc. It's a leaderboard and will show the top 200 players. Toying with the idea that if you don't login for a while, your score will decrement slowly so that new people will have a chance gain noterietay.

As a side note - any of you have Android Wear devices?

forgot about the gloves/trousers issue - thoguht I had originally fixed it though possibly not. When I looked the only remaining issue was that the item level was too high for the user to equip it (i need to sort that out so it's easier to see things like that from the users perspective)

Those are GENIUS ideas! Maybe a Snow or Ice Spirit to go along with those. (Possibly an elemental?) And an evil snowman too of course. This might even be a good place to add a boss! :)
