Thought this thread could work as a database for items and weapon and how to obtain them.
Don't ask on how to get a weapon or item, its either here or it isn't.
Feel free to post the info you know about a weapon and I'll add it to the list!

Weapons

Slightly Broken sword - lv1 Atk 0.4 -Purchase of Merchants
Attacking Sword-lv5 Atk 0.5-Purchase of Merchants
Rusty fire mace of health-lv21 Atk 2.0,Hp 12.0- Loot of NPC's
Rusty magic Lance of Pain-lv26 Atk 3.0- Loot of NPC''s
Rusty magic Knife of Protection-lv44 Atk 2.0,Arm 2.0- Loot of NPC's
Water axe of health-lv42 Atk 6.0 Hp 12.0- Kill Monster NPC's
Shiny Fire-sword of Justice-lv42 Atk 7.0,Crit 11.0- Kill the protectorate guard near druid cave
Strong fire lance of Pain-lv10 Atk 2.0- Loot chest of northern slimes

Items

Gold-Receive as loot or off quests
Bug Carcass- Kill bugs in the bug pen
Slime Remains- Kill slimes
Animal Remains-Kill a spider
Druid Remains-Kill druids
Pint of Beer- Purchase at Inn at Shirebourne
Pint of Heavy Beer- Purchase at Inn at Shirebourne
Pint of purified Monster Blood- Purchase at Inn at Shirebourne
Wooden Shield- Complete quest at Noob Island
Small metal shield- Find in chest Hidden in Ameloth Castle Dungeon
Pets-Obtain of pet trainer NPC's

Armour

Rusty chain mail shoulder-pad of Might-lv10 Arm 2.0,Spd -0.5- Loot of Spiders
Rusty leather trousers of Health-lv10 Arm 14.0, Hp 12.0, Spd -0.5- Loot of Spiders
Rusty Leather Chest plate of Might-lv47 Arm 14.0,Spd -0.5- Kill Druids

Ill add more tomorrow but this is the general idea,
