Different faction members could be nice to each other too, I mean not everyone likes to kill others, players would help newcomers too.

Sure, the members in your own faction could make you feel annoyed and such, but the other factions would also harass you, right? I've been through a night of being annoyed and not being able to /ratebad the troll, and its really frustrating.

So therefore, I'd really like to have the rating commands to be able to apply to all faction members so that everyone can have a good time playing the game.
