What does everyone think of this idea, hear me out.

Players and NPCs move faster as thier level is increased.

Or.

Boots, shoes, etc items are implemented that make players walk/run faster with level restrictions of course.

level 10 boots - slight increase

level 25 boots/item - medium speed

level 50 boots/item - fast

level 100 boots/item - godspeed.

I don't know how it's all programmed, so this could be really easy or moderately difficult to make happen.

I believe it would be unfair to make level promote unmounted speed, but I like the idea of faster movement in general and mounts to increase speed, which require certain levels and have a cast time as to not be overpowered in combat
