In a previous update, there was a button (star) added to the drop-down menu that allowed you to select a quest when clicking on the guard in Newb's Isle.

However, it seems to not be there anymore.

Yes, I created another character and quest were available to him talking to the guard, but in my other higher-level character and not possible to obtain the quest should probably be a bug.

Hi

Not a bug - low level quests will disappear once you pass their threshold (for the 2 quests currently available, they're for lvl 1 to 10).

There'll be quests elsewhere once I have time to write them 😎

Yeah, I figured that out when me and another higher level couldn't see the quests but everyone else on the server was talking about it.
Thanks!

eh stranger a low level character can do quest and a high level of being restricted, what's the point of that? quests should instead have required a certain level but not restricted to players of higher levels.

Because if quests are for higher level players, low level players won't have chance to be on this same level like they.

Sorry, I'm not very good at English 😛 I have hope you will understand me.

I understood what you said, that you do not understand me, because in this case high level players can not do low level quest by restriction, why restrict a player of high level to make a low-level quest? What is the meaning of this? 😎

because there's little point of a high level player doing a low-level quest - the XP gain (and any benefits) would be so small that they wouldn't count towards anything measurable

For example, when you're a high level player, items cost considerably more (high level weapons, etc), so something that costs 1000 gold for example wouldn't really be covered by quests that return 5-10 gold (and it is highly likely that you wouldn't be interested in those types of quest for that reason - most players would want to see quests that get them gold/XP at their level)

That's true, but if they're like me , they'll want to do the quests just to know they have "completed the quest content so far." If its an easy fix it might be better to remove the cap :]
