Hello!

There's now an API you can make calls to, to get information from the server. This will be expanded on in time, though you can see it in action by putting the following in the browser URL:

Get a users stats:
http://api.wintersun-online.com/GetUserStats/piemmm

Get the number of logged in users:
http://api.wintersun-online.com/GetNumberOfUsers

Get overall information about factions wins/losses:
http://api.wintersun-online.com/GetFactionStats

NPC API:
-hp
-atk
-def

Player API:
-add option to see lvl in API not only in game
-add ratio (kills/death in numbers... something like 2 kills one deat: ratio=2.0)

Items API:
The information in game is BAD. Every item has same stats and we don't even know what is real value of weapon dmg etc. so...
-add informations like dmg, def etc. wchich are correct. It would also let us to see item stats before purchasing it
-add price info

I think it's possible but i realy wich you to answer me in this topic and tell me if it's possible or not and why.

I'll think about the NPC stuff - not all the bits may be populated (items/loot are generated at kill time, plus I may not want to give people easy methods to 'play' the system)

item stats need improving badly - it's something that's on my todo list - likely to appear in the api as well, though some are dynamically generated

It's great to know that its possible :) I just made an idea and u can do in way that you want :0 But i think that the most inportant in NPC stuff will be information about hp, atk, and def because loot info is just example :) and another one... It would be great if we could see our stats in game. I mean... some window like in other mmorpg's that allows players to dee their def, atk, hp, mp or other stats. I'm sure you have something like that in todo list but is it far to do it or near? :)

PS:offtop question:

Is my english ok? 😀 I mean do i do many mistakes in my posts?

please add an option to change your costume. not faction. lets say im bored of my hunter druid costume i can spend 1000 gold to change my costume to a different druid costume. so you can change your factions costume but you cant change factions. you can also do this: and option to change your faction for like 10000 gold or less or stuff. also add dogs that poop in random areas and if you pick up the poop its like looting a chest so you get something. jk
